Firmware Version: TL-WR940N (EU) _V5_161010

my router came with the version TL-WR940N (EU) _V5_161010 but the label says TL-WR940 (ES) V5.
I tried to install the firmware TL-WR940N (ES) _V5_161121 but it gives me an error that does not allow it.
How can I update to the (ES) version?
I have seen the discussions and I see that they recommend not to change version; but in my case it came from the factory with the EU and not with what the label says.
I am from Ecuador, Latin America.

Have you ever updated the firmware before? If you cannot install the firmware for ES version, try to upload the EN version, then check if you can update it:
