Firmware Version: 1.1.3

Hi , after 1.1.2 update I start facing connection drops every once in a while and sometimes it just disconnect for like 20min straight, 

during the drop the Led still White as it connected but without Internet, this is my second post about this and I still doesn't have a solution,  it's really frustrating to disconnect during an online meeting or in the middle of a game .

 

Note : I'm using the deco as a router and I have 9 units of deco , before 1.1.2 update I had no issues whatsoever as everything worked great

Hi, sorry for the delay.

We have a new firmware that would improve this issue and please refer to the private message for more information.

At the same time, we would also check all the previous notes and forward your case to the senior engineers in case the firmware does not help.
