Hi 
I am using the M7200 and it is good while it is working

Sometimes, the unit shows a red bar in the battery icon even though it is fully charged and is connected to a power source. Also, during this time the device is not visible to the wifi network as well. I tried switching off and on, removed the battery and reinstalled it. 

Not sure what is the issue. Can any one give your suggestions and guide me to settle this?

Hi, may I know how long have you had the mobile Wi-Fi and when did this issue start?

How often did the red light appear?

Have you tried to factory reset M7200 to have a look: remove the back shell; then there is a black pinhole inside and please hold it for 10s;

@TP-Link hello , I have the same problem: M7200 has red battery (however it is charged fully) and disconnected with internet. What I need to do with this?
