@Juan86

Hi,

May I know who is your internet service provider and what is internet connection type that you have chosen?

If it is a cable modem with dynamic IP, it is suggested to power off the cable modem for about 10-20mins to release the previous router MAC address;

Thank you.

@Juan86

Then I guess maybe the internet VLAN ID is required.

You could go to Deco APP>More>advanced>IPTV/VLAN>enable the Internet VLAN(not IPTV VLAN) and choose the default ISP profile for MY-Unifi

Thank you.

Hi, sorry for the delay.

May I know the model number of your cable modem?

Have you tested the ISP modem with your computer to check whether the computer could get internet directly from the modem?

And did you check the IPv4 address on the Deco APP?

Thank you very much.
