Model: Archer AX11000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.1

Wifi has been dropping at random times and comes back a minute or two later, some days it happens a few times and other days it doesn't happen at all.

Only thing that shows up in the system log is "10489 service stop" any help would be appreciated.

@Draiman  Are you saying the 5G or 2.4G connection? Try to modify the wireless settings on the AX11000, you can run a Wi-Fi analyzer, review all the surrounding channel, then choose one that with less interference with others, choose 20MHz for the 2.4G, and 40MHz for the 5G, security can be WPA2-PSK, AES, then reboot the router, and reconnect to the network to confirm.

@Kevin_Z both 5G and 2.4G simultaneously drop, I made the changes and it hasn't fixed the problem yet.

@Draiman

May I know how many devices are connected to the 2.4G and 5G network? Are there any devices that connect to the AX11000 with Ethernet cables? Are they stable?

We would like to follow up on your case via email. Please check your inbox and provide the information that we need.

@Kevin_Z typically I have around 15 devices, on 2.4G I have a few smart home devices, an Apple Watch, cell phones, 2 printers and a smart tv.

On 5G1 I have 2 smart tv's, an Amazon firestick, and an iPad.

On 5G2 I have 2 PS5's.

There are 2 devices connected through Ethernet both of which are desktop computers that I don't use but I will ask in the morning if they have run into issues as well.

This issue usually happens during a time when few devices are being used at night but occasionally happens during the day too.

@Draiman

Thanks for getting back quickly. You can also monitor the LED status on the AX11000, check if the LED will become orange/red when the internet drops.

Kindly reply the email, we will have a specialist to follow it up.
