hello

I Have the powerline kit since 2019. I used it for couple of days in year 2020 and today plugged it again. The extender has no WIFI signal. The WiFi and Ethernet LEDs do not turn on and do not have WiFi signal. Pressing on the WIFI button for 1s or 10s does nothing... I press the reset button for 10 seconds and nothing happens...

Even using the windows app trying to turn the LEDs on fails...

downloaded the firmware for V3 and tried to update the firmware, but the file downloaded is .bin while the application asks for .NVM and .PIB ... so couldnt update

however, the laptop connected through Ethernet cable has internet and the tpplc app on windows sees the powerline.
