Model: Archer VR600
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.3.0 0.9.1 v009e.0 Build 201122 Rel.66972n

I have a Western Digital My Book Duo external USB hard disk, which includes 2 physical hard drives and an integrated USB hub connecting these two physical drives. It also has am embedded RAID Software for RAID0 and RAID1

When I connect this external drive to my modem, connection is OK but the modem doesn't see the drive and i see "0G" on the USB storage device page of the management interface.

Does this happen because the kernel level of the modem's embedded linux is a version before the kernels supported USB hubs? and can we overcome this problem? if yes, how?

@teo59

Hi, Can I have some pictures of the USB sharing settings on the VR600 V3?

As for your WD hard disk, how about the capacity, 4/6/8/12 TB?

Did you have a small size USB drive to test the USB port of VR600 as well?

Thank you very much.
