Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention.
The power cut off issue is mainly caused by the AFCI ( Arc-Fault circuit-interrupter) so please firstly check whether there is any AFCI breaker in your circuit and identify the brand of it.If you use Siemens or GE ACFI breakers in the house, unfortunately, these 2 brands do have a problem most of powerline devices from tp-link and also other brands.

Given this circumstance, it is recommended to seek help from AFCI technical support. You may move the adapters between the rooms that don't have AFCI's for a test or consider replacing the AFCI's with a different brand.
