Model: Archer VR1600v
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 200810 Rel.53181n

I have a Seagate expansion drive attached to my router as USB storage. This worked fine up until recently but recently the router stopped recognising the drive entirely.

I have formatted the drive and reconnected, but now when I map it as a network drive I cannot open folders on it. Testing with other USB devices gives intermittent results, and the drive works fine elsewhere so I suspect the issue is the router itself.

Does anybody have any ideas on how to resolve this?

@Another_

Hi, may I know how long have you had the VR1600V, and was this modem given by the ISP?

Were you trying to say, now the USB drive is recognized but you could not access the drive?

Would there be any error message or could you please record a video clip about this issue?

Thank you very much.
