One device on my home network has stopped being able to connect to the Internet via the deco. It is an Xbox One. If I plug it directly into my router it works fine. If I connect to my deco by wifi or cable, the device says it is connect (but has no Internet) and my deco app says it conncted but it cannot reach the Internet. It is not in any Parental Control groups. I have rebooted the xbox and the main deco. It used to work a few days ago. How do I get it back online?

Hi, can I have a picture of the device settings of Xbox on the Deco APP?

Is the Xbox the only device failing to get internet service from Deco?

IF Possible, please try to turn off the anti-virus on the Deco APP to have a test;

Please also make sure the Xbox is on the latest version;
