I can't make any calls when I connect to the extender (Google Meet, Slack, etc.) since I can't hear propewhat others are talking about. I have no problems making calls when I connect straight to the modem.

 

I tried connecting the extender near to the modem and it still doesn't work.

 

Still not functioning after resetting the extender and reconfiguring it.

At RE's location, please unplug RE and connect to router's 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi (not 5Ghz Wi-Fi ,as 855RE only supports 2.4Ghz), can you make clear calls/ video calls

To isolate the issue,  make sure RE is using a different SSID (Wi-Fi name) from main router. 

How about other network activities,  do you have stable Internet when watch movies, or browsing websites? 

Does the issue happen on all the devices connected to RE, what are those devices ?

Can you run a speedtest via ' speedtest.net ' What is the Wi-Fi speed from 855RE? 

 

 May I know the model of main router?
