I wanna change the channel as some of my device can't detect the 5hz line, but I don't have the password to access, and TM hotline service can't even reach zzZ , anyone knw what to do?

Generally, the default username and password for login to the router is printed on the back or bottom of the router, which is admin/admin by default. If you changed the default password and forgot it, then you will need to reset the router to factory specs using the procedure in your router manual. After the reset, you will need to set a new username and password. You will need to reenter all of your config info.
