Hardware Version: V1

If I connect usb to f_usb port,The computer can't  boot up.

so,I decided don't use bluetooth(not plug usb to PC)

 

my router is tp-link AX73 and my PC beside the router.

AX73 setup to smart connect(only one ssid for 2.4G and 5G)

I found TX3000E always use 2.4G to connect(sometime use 5G)

I already set connect prefer 5G

and the speed display only 2XX Mb

 

any opinion?

@jovichs  Hello, 

 

With ' Smart Connect' enabled, router should balance the whole network and  select a better band (2.4GHz or 5Ghz) for client.  

It is possible that 5Ghz band have more wifi clients and 2.4Ghz is more idle than 5Ghz. 

 

As a temporary solution, you may enable 5Ghz Guest Network for TX3000E only and forget the main network profile on TX3000E computer and see if that helps. 

You delete the wireless profile on your computer and connect to Guest wifi.
