WiFi extender is blinking continuously. Tried restarting but not working. Pls help

Please factory reset tp-link range extender : with RE powered on, use a pin to press the reset hole for 10 secs
On cell phone Wi-Fi settings, connect to Range extender Wi-Fi first, can you see RE's wifi name and connect to it?
If none of the devices could see RE's default SSID , normally called 'TPLINK Range extender ' it could be some hardware issue on your RE, and it is recommended to contact retailer or local shop to check warranty.
