Firmware Version: 0.9.1 4.17 v0001.0 Build 200915 Rel.56357n(5553)

I don't have any battery backup or IPS in my home. If there is any power outage,every time electricity comes, I have to unplug and plug in the ethernet cable in WAN port. Otherwise, the internet LED won't start automatically. I have already changed it twice . Still, I am having the same problem. 
How to solve this problem?

Try updating your router FW to the latest one to see if that will improve things.
