Hello!

A few months ago I bought a TP-Link UH700 USB 3.0 hub, version 3.0. Believe it or not, I only got the chance to test it out today. I plugged its adapter to the mains and its USB cable to every single 3.0 and 2.0 output of my PC. I'm running Windows 10 on a Lenovo IdeaCentre 300-20ISH desktop computer.

Unfortunately, the hub doesn't seem to recognize neither a Microsoft 3000 HD webcam, nor a Huion H610Pro graphics tablet. It works fine with a Seagate SRD00F1 USB 3.0 1TB external HDD (these abbreviations are making my eyes spin).

Is this a known issue? Should I return the product and ask for a replacement?
