We have a setup video that helps to configure the range extender step by step. I believe it will be very helpful for you. Please choose the model and find the setup video here:

It contains 3 methods to set up the extender, it is recommended to download Tether app and try to use Tether app set it up first.
After following the video, if you fail to set up the extender, please feel free to let us know the Led on your RE which step you get stuck with.

hi.. i have no problem setting it up. My question is, how to make tolink and kaon router works as a mesh since tplink using onemesh and kaon using easymesh

Tp-link OneMesh is built between tp-link router and tp-link range extenders, which is a technology designed by tp-link, not a universal protocol.
Different brands or different product lines varies in Mesh technology, sorry to tell you they could not build a Mesh between each other.
