I am using TP-Link WiFi Extender RE650 Ser No 2209174003254 AS/1.0 and facing problem in using access point mode. Kindly solve my problem. I have no issue by using extender as range extender, while using same internet connection and router.
In AP mode, RE will transform an existing wired network to a wireless one. Please double-check the guide here to set up Access Point mode for RE:

If the above does not work, please wire a computer to the same Ethernet cable coming from router and do you have any Internet?
