MY TP-LINK DECO m5 No Signal Coming from it
Hi! i just want to ask about my TP-LINK DECO m5 because there is no SIGNAL coming from it.
i tried to push reset button but nothing happens.
and also how to know is my Deco is Covered by warranty? because i buy this Deco From Online seller Marketplace. but he didnt reply to me.

Hi, when you said that there is no SIGNAL coming from Deco M5, did you mean all your devices could not detect the wireless network of Deco?
How long have you had the Deco and did it work fine before?
For the warranty service, it is also suggested that you could have a check with the local warranty office:

@TP-Link Yes all of my devices cannot search signal from it. there is NO signal coming from Device.
there is no receipt because i buy this in marketplace Facebook.

Hi, if the local warranty office said the receipt is necessary for the warranty, I am not sure what I can do for you.
I am afraid waiting for the Facebook seller would be the only suggestion now.
