Satellite Deco is disconnected from the main Deco

Model: Deco M4

Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 2.9.4

Last week my home encountered electricity tripped for 2 times, after that the satellite Deco are not functioning (which located at 2nd floor hallway).

I'd tried to on / off few times and set up again, but the satellite deco only pulsing red on LED.

Please kindly advise it is connection issue or hardware issue and how to resolve?

Appreciate your kind advise.

Have you tried to hardware reset the Deco M4 before?

If hardware reset still did nothing, please refer to this link to do a firmware recovery:
