I received today my booster set, but I can not login to the DECO app. Error Incorrect email address or password, but with the same password en email I can enter the community.

Someone knows this problem. I did not connect the boosters yet.

Hi, I checked from the cloud server using your forum account and there is no device under your email.

So I guess you might confuse the two email addresses.

Would you mind sending me the MAC address of your main Deco via private message so I could check which email is your correct TP-Link ID?
