Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 0.9.1 3.17 v0001.0 Build 200909 Rel.75021n

Wireless connection gets disconnected, when we connect cable directly it works. sometime it works after restart. ISP is working without any issue. when we connect the ISP Cable directly to laptop it works fine. 

 

upgraded the firmware and settings also modified.

For your case, please help check the information as follows:

 

1. When the problem happens again, could you please check if all the wireless devices are dropping from the Wi-Fi, or they are still connected to the Wi-Fi but get no internet?

If you use the ping commands in your laptop to ping the IP address of the "192.168.0.1", could you please give me a screenshot of the result?

2. Please tell us which devices you need to connect to the router to use? Please tell me their brand and model number.

3. If the problem happens again, please login to the router web page, and go to the Advanced > Wireless > Settings, try to disable the 2.4G wireless, and enable it again, will it work?

4. After the problem happens, please go to the Advanced > System Tools > System log, then please click the save log button and send me the log file.

5. Who is your ISP?
