@Bobby86

Which port are you trying to forward ?

Disable UPnP:

reboot the C54 and try again.

If this was helpful click once on the arrow pointing upward. If this solves your issue, click once the star to mark it as a "Recommended Solution".

@Bobby86

While UPnP enabled you can observe the UPnP requests from your devices here:

Reboot the device after disabling UPnP to be sure that there's no device on your network trying to open this port via UPnP.

If this was helpful click once on the arrow pointing upward. If this solves your issue, click once the star to mark it as a "Recommended Solution".

@Bobby86

If you haven't configured any port-forwarding rule or DMZ, and have UPnP disabled, I don't have other ideas.

If that's the case, then you should contact the support to be advised further.

One more thing you could try - update the FW to the latest release and try to open that port again.

If you're with the EU region FW, then download from here.

Here's how to determine that - usually the bottom sticker.

If this was helpful click once on the arrow pointing upward. If this solves your issue, click once the star to mark it as a "Recommended Solution".
