Philips Smart TV wont access internet with WR842ND?

Model : TL-WR842ND
Hardware Version : V1

Philips support says it has to do with the router, firewall or something. Not much help from them. But I dont know anything about firewalls or anything, all I know is that my wireless internet works fine and that the TV is linked with the router but doesnt acess internet. Streaming from pc to tv works fine though.
What can I try?
