Problem with TL-WDR4300

Hi guys,
I have an issue with my TL-WDR4300 (regular, internet sharing use, no Open WRT or similar things).
It was working well, until one day that my devices only receive the 2.4 GHz signal (no 5 Ghz) and then I try to connect to 2.4 GHz and it asks for a password. I put my regular password and it doesn't work.
Then I tried to bring it to factory default settings, I push the reset button for 8 seconds as the manual points and then same thing.
What could I do?
