TL-WDR3600 Forwarding Ports Problems

ISP : Virgin Media Limited
Hello,
I have been having some problems that I am not sure how to resolve, when I forward ports I get the following error message:
Things to note:
I have the web GUI running on 8080, because I run a file-server on port 80.
[*]I am using a Virgin media branded router in 'modem mode', this would not cause issues.
[*]I did not do anything to change anything, I went to add an additional port to forward and it didn't work.
[*]I am on a Dynamic IP
[*]After it stopped forwarding, I upgraded firmware to: 3.13.26 Build 130129 Rel.59449n
I apologize in advanced if I am making a 'school boy' error, or the solution is very simple, but I really have no ideas in which to proceed.
Any solutions anyone can suggest would be much appreciated.
