Hello everyone, I would like to expose a problem related to the router in question.
I got the modem from a previous operator, the router was given to me already preset.
Now I have changed telephone operator and I would like to configure the modem for this operator, but I do not have the access credentials to the router.
Trying to reset it, nothing happens, as if a function was set that inhibits the reset.
I tried calling the old manager to get the password but without success.
Is there any way to force this situation?
