I am trying to do the firmware upgrade fix for a bricked E4 and E4R. I cannot find the firmware for it. Please advise

Hi, the hardware version of your Deco E4 is V2, right?
Since now there is only firmware V1 on most of the websites, no firmware for V2 has been uploaded yet.
If you are on V1, you could upload the latest firmware of version 1:

it is the v2 and I need to fix the red light bricked device issue on a 2 pack. It will take the supplier 21 days to replace the units. Is there no other way?

Hi, could you please send me the MAC address of your Deco E4 v2?
It seemed like there has been no new firmware released for V2 and I might need to check whether the factory version has been backup.
By the way, have you run the firmware recovery already, or it hasn’t started yet.
