Couldn't Get IP address
AC750 Tp link Wi-Fi Range Extender
Model: RE200
Ver:4.0
It was working fine but now after sometime it automatically got disconnected and when I try to connect, it says that Couldn't get IP address.
I have tried all the things that can be done like reset and all but nothing is working.
Please help me with this problem.

May I know the model of the WiFi router that extender connected to, how long the extender has been working with router before?
Can you check how about the Leds status on RE200 when issue occurs, does the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz LED still light up? If the Leds are still ON, you could follow Case1 in troubleshoot guide here:

Please also confirm the firmware of your extender is up-to-date:

Here is a newer RE200 V4 firmware for (EU) version , please update the firmware and see if helps with stability :

Note: this firmware is only for (EU)version, not other country versions, please check the device country version on the sticker of tp-link device
If the above does not work, can you double-check the exact Model of Airtel router, you help take a photo of router label, thank you.
