Hi, I have just had the p9 delivered and I am having an issue straight away and cant GB find an easy solution online, I downloaded the app and tried to sign up for an account but I keep getting "incorrect email or password" error so can't continue with installation, any suggestions would be much appreciated, thanks

Hi, I see that apart from Deco, you also have some of our smart plugs.

Since the same TP-Link ID could log in to Deco APP as well as Kasa/Tapo APP, so would you get the same error message when logging into Kasa APP?

If Yes, have you tried to reset the password?
