Model: Deco M4  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.43

I have three units of Deco M4R. Recently i encountered unstable internet connection and i noticed that one of my Deco is losing 2.4Ghz signal source from the main Deco. 

 

I've attached an image of the Deco signal source. 

Anyone encountered the same problem? I tried to flash the beta firmware Build 20201013 Rel. 41544 and the result is still the same.

Yes, you could contact the local technical support to get more details about the replacement.

Hi, I do see some similar feedback.

May I know how long have you had Deco M4?

If it is only this unit that lost 2.4ghz, would you swap the location of this unit with one of other satellite units to see whether it is able to regain the 2.4ghz on the new spot?

I'm using Deco M4 for more than one year now. Yes it is the only unit which lost 2.4Ghz signal source and caused unstable internet connection if my devices are connected to that unit. I also tried putting it nearer to the the main unit and still having the same issue. And, I did ping that unit and i occasionally got packet loss. I guess there is something wrong with it. Can i get it replace if since is it still under warranty?
