Solution VR2100v(DE) interface freezing when trying to access advanced settings
Hi,
I have recently bought a new VR2100v(DE). When I try to access advanced settings in the interface, it freezes and I have to reboot the router to access the interface again.
I have tried multiple different browsers (firefox, chrome, edge). Ethernet cable between the VR2100v and laptop.
Sometimes I can get into advanced settings if I try immediately after reboot but when I try to update the firmware to the latest version from the support page, the firmware does not actually seem to be updated after it auto-reboots.
Any way I can fix these problems?
Thanks

Now, I have change the Internet Connection. There was only one WAN Interface (VLan-ID: 7 and VDSL2). At my old system was two WAN (Voip =VLan-ID:20 and pppoe= VLan-ID: 10). Now it seems to be stable... good luck.

I don`t try a lot. Use the new firmware from 22/02/09. It's working.
Thank you.
