Hi

I want to portforward this port 8096 but I'm not sure how to. I accessed the Tp Link page and when I go to Forwarding, there is Virtual Servers and Port Triggering and some others...  what should I do?

I tried Virtual Servers with my IP but then I get

"The IP address is not in the same subnet with LAN IP address. Please input another one."...

Am I supposed to do Virtual Servers in the first place or Port Triggering?

@Mjack

You should set this in Virtual Servers.

The reason for the error message is that you are trying to set an IP address within different subnet.

For example if your router LAN IP address is 192.168.0.1 then the port-forwarding IP address should be in the same subnet - 192.168.0.0/24

Here's a video setup example for your convenience.
