Hello

 

Since last week or so my modem gets errors from the DSL. 

Internet company came, changed everything, reset DSSLAM port, even changed port in DSSLAM to be sure. 

It seems like modem's issue came out of the blue and gets errors... 

I have this router since July-August, had 0 errors on modem ever since. 

 

Looks like a firmware issue?

Hi, I see you have been on the latest firmware already.

Since the attached pictures are broken on the first post, could you please send me some pictures again about the errors?

When the error came up, would you notice any abnormal issue on the VR600?

And may I know who is your internet service provider?

Hi

I am further investigating that.

Error (pkts)- what does it represents? 

 

Is it CRC or FEC? how much is an acceptable rate per day? 

 

Maybe I am looking at it all wrong because of a missing info, so I'd like to better understand.

Same problem and huge packet loss and it disconnected every time unstable connection need to be updated and fixed all problems
