No acces
Dear members,
Could someone please explain to me why I couldn't access my TP link devices
during the first 2.5 hours of New Year 2022 (New Year's Eve).
The TAPO camera and my DECO mesh have been unavailable for a while,

Hi, I am not sure if there are still logs left since it has been 5-6 days after New Year's Eve.
Since you mentioned the cameras, I guess some video clips during this period have been lost?

Hi, without details, it is hard to say what might be the problem.
But there are some instructions for your reference.
If you are connected to the Wi-Fi of Deco, the local control via Deco APP should always be accessible even though Deco might not be connected to internet service.
While if the smartphone switched to 4G network suddenly, the APP management will be over the remote control.
If the Deco is not found on the APP, It might be temporarily disconnected from the cloud server.
So if later you have seen the same issue, you could check whether the smartphone is on Wi-Fi or 4G network.
Then it is suggested to go back to Deco APP>three lines on the top left>help>contact us>suggestions and save the APP log.
