I simply want to create 2 wifi.  One that is 5g and another that is 2.4

I can't get into the router at all to do this! HELPPPPP! PLEASE!!

With Deco, you can achieve that by utilizing Guest Network:

@Alexandre. I cannot get to a window like that. I am so frustrated because i know what to do if i had access. I have tried putting my IP in my web browser. no luck. ive tried apps. Everyone talks about ip address username password on a sticker on the router. i don't have that. I don't know why its so difficult for me.

You can only manage Deco mesh with Deco app installed on smartphone. If someone else configured Deco mesh for you, you'll need to ask them give you access to Deco app.
