Hardware Version: V6
Firmware Version: 1.1.1

When Internet is lost the fron indeicator shows a red light but the lost of internet is not shown in the System log.

Hello, can I confirm who is your ISP, and what is the WAN connection type you chose on the A9? Please go through the troubleshooting suggestions in the following thread and see if you can get it resolved:
