Model: Archer C6
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.3.6 Build 20200902 rel.65591(4555)

Hello,

I've a problem with my Archer C6, the ethernet port 4 does not obtain IP from the DNS of the router but obtain IP directly from ISP. I need all the 4 ports to obtain the internal IP and not from the ISP.

Can you please tell me if this is normal and how to solve it?

Thanks

I've found out that my ISP configurations make port 4 bridge and Internet VLAN properties but if I change the option to custom I don't have all the settings to fill in the options.

@Mordep

Hi May I know who is your ISP? Does your ISP provide you VLAN ID for internet configuration?

If your internet setup needs VLAN ID, please follow the guide below to finish configuration:

How to configure VLAN ID for your internet connection on wireless router?
