My adapter is not displaying the usual green light light to show that is connected on my desktop. I tried it on another desktop and it is working. Please what should I do?

Hello @MichaelChi 

The wireless adapter  OFF Led usually means the driver is not properly installed. 

1. Please check if the adapter shows up under the Device manager-> Network adapter/Other devices . It could be shown  as " TPLINK USB XX "  or " 802.11n/ac" or its chipset like " RTLXX/Atheros XX" etc.

2. If hardware is detected in Device manager,  try to reinstall the driver for adapter as guide below and see if it helps.
