Model: Archer C7
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 1.1.2

Hi Tp-Link team,

i recently bought the TP-Link Archer C7 to mount it onto a mobile robot. On there, the router should create its own subnet while connecting to an existing wifi signal.
As I read the post https://www.tp-link.com/nl/support/faq/227/ about setting up the router in wifi-bridge mode I opted for this specific router. However, the option WDS mode seems to be gone with the new interface.

Is it possible to set up the TP-Link Archer C7 in wifi bridge mode? If not, does any TP-Link device support that?

It is very frustrating to see that the mentioned post seems to be outdated.

I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Best,
Max.

  @terziyski Thank you very much!

I was almost sending it back, but this guide worked perfectly.
I am sorry to have bothered you as it was accessible online anyways.

Really impressed by the quick response.

You're welcome, that's what the community is for.

Just make sure you're using the latest FW for your C7 - here's the FW support page.
