Hi, I just bought an additional powerline extender (AC1300) but when pairing with with my current AC1350s (a base unit and 2nd unit) the 2nd unit has disconnected from the base. All the lights are on bar the home icon. So right now I have the AC1350 base unit and AC1300 new addtional unit working fine but not the AC1350 2nd unit.

Do I need to re-pair current units with the base when adding additonal powerlines to the system or should it have no effect? The 2nd unit was working fine prior to pairing the new AC1300.

Hello   @Colemm4

You put the #2nd old powerline unit in a wall socket near  the working #3 new powerline unit and manually pair them with each other:

  • Put 2 powerline unit in the wall sockets, in the same room, and pair them again :

Paring Note:  press Pair button only for 1 sec, Power Leds should be flashing on both powerline units in pairing process. ( if the Power Led does not blink, press it for 1 sec again) FAQ258: How to secure (pair) the Powerline Network?

Or you could use tpPLC Utility to add more Powerline extenders:How to add a device to the network using tpPLC Utility (new logo)?
