Hi I would like to disable the DHCP server on my router . How do i do that? Secondly, it seems as if my router is not compatible with Tether. How do I solve that?

 

Am in South Africa.

You should be able to deactivate your DHCP server from here (when logged in from modem's web management interface):

 

 

TD-W8961N is not compatible with Tether app - here's the Tether compatble list of dsl modem routers.

Therefor you should manage the TD-W8961N through its web management interface.
