TP-Link XC220-G3v v2.30 Alliance BroadBand FTTH Internet Issue
Hello Support Team,
I am using an Alliance Broadband FTTH connection and recently bought the TP-LINK XC220-G3V. However, after setting up all the details from my existing (PON + WIFI Router), the Internet connection is not working. Thus, upon calling the ISP, they configured all the settings and parameters, and the Internet connection started working, but it was extremely slow. Most of the webpages keep on spinning and even the speed test page is opening after a minute or So.
Upon checking the latest firmware from the support page, I didn't find any download link whatsoever, and even from the Router administration the firmware check was failing stating the "Internet is unavailable"
The ISP said, that everything is configured properly from the connection perspective, and asked me to check for TP-Link support for any firmware update or it could be faulty hardware. Thus, can you provide the latest firmware available for the device ASAP? It's affecting my Internet connection and unable to use it for the past couple of days after trying every possible setting.
Hardware Version:XC220-G3v(IN) v2.8
