during the upgrade, only the power light lights up and I have no access to the web interface at all

Hi, this model is customized for ISPs only, and we don't have any information about its firmware recovery, it is recommended to check warranty with the counter where you purchased it originally.

Hi, did you turn off the XC220-G3v or disconnect the computer during the firmware update? If so, the device might be bricked.
Please try resetting the device by holding reset button for 10s, If still only power LED lights up, it is recommanded to contact your ISP since this model is customized for ISPs only.

the router was purchased over the counter.
I tried everything, but the power light is still on
I turn on the LAN cable and the network card shows this IP 169.254.96.249.
I don't know if there is any tool for returning the firmware back, but I think it's bricked
