xc220-g3v v2.30 VOIP one-way audio
Hello, I recently got the XC220-G3v XPON model from an online retailer. I configured VOIP and it registered fine but when I make or receive a call via phone, my voice doesn't go through but I can hear the other person just fine. This seems like a SIP issue and I tried disabling and enabling SIP ALG but it didn't work. Any help is appreciated.

@sloj So I figured it out. If Internet is configured on the device VOIP works fine. But if internet is configured in bridge mode then VOIP has one-way audio issue which seems like a bug and that shouldn't happen. Now to fix this I deleted both Internet and VOIP configuration and then configured VOIP first and then Internet in bridge mode. Now VOIP works as intended.

Hi, since XC220-G3v is a specialized model designed by the local Internet Service Provider, It is suggested to contact the ISP for further assistance.
Thank you very much.
Best regards.

@David-TP I bought it from an online store, not from my ISP. I have a different ONT device from my ISP which has VOIP configured and it works just fine. The XC220-G3v also registers and I can make and receive calls but it has one-way audio issue which seems like a SIP issue on the device.

@CoreAI Does that model have a Phone port? Or are you using a VOIP phone via Ethernet connection.

@CoreAI So what did you mean when you said you have the same issue?

@CoreAI Yup. A general firmware upgrade should be available at least.
