Received this error message when I tried to login to the router.

 

"Operation failed. This account is not bound to the device."

 

Any suggestion on how to handle this? Thanks

Hello @WillieBoy,

 

Try to login to the web interface of the TP-Link router, then go to Basic > TP-Link Cloud page, check and confirm if it is bound to your email account. If not, unbind it and bind it to your TP-Link Cloud account again.
