Model: Archer VR400
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 0.4.0 0.9.1 v0070.0 Build 220126 RC.50521n

Hi,

I configured the router according to these steps:

1. go to plan setting set IP 192.168.0.12 (match the subnet of the main router which is er605 by tplink)
2. configure my wireless networks
3. disable dhcp server and reboot
4. connect lan port on main router to plan port on vr400 which is now an access point

now from my machine when I connect to 192.168.0.1 it goes to er605
and 192.168.0.12 leads to vr400
so far all ok

1. when i log into vr400 on the diagram there i see internet NOT connected, but internet is connected - anyway to fix it?
2. 5Ghz wireless works fine when i connect, i can see on my phone that it say 866Mbps, but then it drops after a few mins/secs to 6Mbps and say connected no internet - i have the latest firmware, anyway to fix it? the distance from the router is around 3-4 meters

  @Tnimni

Check this thread for details - its for VR300 but the guide covers the VR400 as well.

Keep your VR400 in DSL modem router mode when doing the configuration.
