Hi, i gotten the M9 few weeks back.

 

Had issue connecting to my Brother printer (DCP-J552DW). So i called the Technical Helpdesk. Was told to disable my 5 GHz and change my security settings. After trying a few times, finally got my printer connected. 

 

However it only works for a few days before the connection dropped again. Now i cannot get my printer to connect to the Deco. It is able to detect the Deco but just cannot connect to it. Keep saying connection failed. I had no issue with my Printer previously with my Askey mesh. 

 

Anybody got similar issues or advices to resolve?

Welcome to the community.

Have you tried to turn off "Fast roaming" on the Deco APP to see whether it helped:

Deco APP>More>Advanced>Fast Roaming

And if possible, it is still suggested to turn off the 5Ghz for once and once it could be connected later, please also disable the "Mesh Technology" on the printer.
