Model: Archer AX50
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.11 Build 20210730 rel.54485(4555)

Hello everyone,

It has been a month since I bought this router.

And since a little week I notice latency and a decrease in speed at the 5.0ghz level.

The router is connected to a modem in bridge mode with a speed of 1Gbp/s. All is practically in auto.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Luc

Hello @LucTpL

I would suggest you go through the troubleshooting suggestions in the following FAQ first to check if the 5G speed can be improved:

What should I do if my internet connection is slow?

If still no help, please report back what have you tried, then we will suggest further.
