Hardware Version: V3

Firmware Version: 150312

I wanna know that i have router WR940N V3, can i upgrade the firmware of WR940N V6 on my v3 router?

Nope, you cannot install the firmware for V6 on the V3 hardware, you can check the notices in the firmware update page below:
